Today my Fashion Food is dedicated to a real fashionista. She is one of the participants in the first edition of the most watched reality show – Big Brother Albania.
INGREDIENTS FOR 2 PEOPLE:
180 gr. Spaghetti pasta
150 ml. fresh cream
100 gr. soft cheese ~ stracchino or philadelphia
1 sachet of saffron
salt and black pepper
Her dress is created by a young designer Eva Sana. The yellow color of the dress hit me when I saw the photo. It immediately made me think of saffron, so why not prepare a good plate of pasta with saffron.
PREPARATION:
Put the pasta in plenty of salted water to boil. Prepare the cheese fondue making heat the cream, add the cheese is mixed until it may undo. Also add the saffron and salt, to taste. Mix constantly. Drain the pasta and add it to the fondue along with a little of the pasta cooking water.
Dust with black pepper, stir until everything is ready and serve.
